The Landhaus is not a large hotel, and that is exactly the point. Everything here is within a few steps of your room: the sauna, the garden, the breakfast table, your car. No corridors to cross, no waiting, no queues.

Sauna & Infrared
An oasis of quiet after a day outdoors
Small and fine, with great effect. Our wellness area combines a Finnish sauna, a herbal sauna and an infrared cabin, built around natural products and the beneficial power of alpine herbs.
Finnish sauna
In the herbal and Finnish sauna, tension is gently released and muscles recover after a day of skiing or hiking. Aromatic alpine herbs and natural essences make each session its own small ritual.
Infrared cabin
The infrared cabin warms the body in a very gentle way, using the power of soothing light. A calmer alternative to the sauna, and a good choice on a rest day.

Practical comforts
All arranged for your comfort
The things that make a mountain holiday easy: a place for your car, your skis, your wet gear and your quiet evening.
Private parking
Park directly at the Landhaus, free of charge and without reservation. Unload your luggage at the door and leave the car there for the rest of your stay.
Ski room & rental next door
One of Tyrol's best running destinations. The trails around the Rifflsee range from flowing to technical and high alpine, a favourite among runners.
Our garden
Our garden at 1,680 metres, with herbs, alpine planting and space to simply sit. A sun terrace in summer, a quiet white view in winter.
Stübe
The fridges stay open during the day and evening. Take a beer, a soft drink or a glass of wine whenever you like, and enjoy it in the restaurant or on the terrace. We keep a simple tab.
Free wifi throughout
Wireless internet in every room and in the communal areas, at no extra cost. Good enough to share your photos, or to work a day from the mountains if you must.
Breakfast and dinner
Mornings start with a generous breakfast of regional produce. In the evening you can eat here as well, without leaving the house or driving the mountain road in the dark.

We are Arjan and Laura, and together with our children Mikkel and Mint, and our dog Paco we now call this Landhaus our home. We met more than twenty years ago in hospitality, and ever since we shared one dream: a place of our own in the mountains.
With 25+ years behind the stove and at the table, we bring everything we love about hosting to St. Leonhard, personal attention, honest food, and the quiet of the Pitztal valley.
